Pros

Cafeteria. Not subsidized by Premera!!. If you are under 40 you will be promoted at less money than the regime currently in power. Go Premera.

Cons

A typical work day is focused around useless meetings, multi-leveled management that provides no added value, and cliques of ill equipped executive level managers. The company made $320 Billion in 2008 but requires employees to use vacation time when the office is intentionally closed for the days prior to long holidays. The guise is that that it costs too much money to pay employees for unused paid time off. Be prepared to take your portable lap top with you even to your lunch and home. It is now your new parasite.

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
