Pros

Great work life balance. A big variety of things to learn if you can get into the right group. Some of the company is moving in the right direction. Benefits are decent. People of the community are nice to be around.

Cons

No employee loyalty. Employees who do not want to grow are coddled and those who do are not receiving the right opportunities. Part of the company is not growing well and good employees are stuck there.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
