Pros

Excellent benefits from day one (fantastic vision, medical HSA), great pay after promotion out of entry (1-3 years, depending), reasonable FMLA accommodations, ability to work from home full time in some departments, welcoming environment to LGTBQIA+ & nursing mothers, freedom of creative expression within reason (hygiene, etc.), regular merit-based pay raises were higher than expected.

Cons

Training went from 13 weeks to 6 weeks (not enough time for complicated insurance information), promoted the cutthroat over the compassionate, excessive and unproductive meetings, unreasonable demands of new trainees, increased workload without increased help, management has poor communication with one another & the representatives, excessive micromanagement, inflexible work/life balance, bottom line more important than people.

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
