Pros

Great work life balance, Progressive Culture, Strong Purpose & Values

Cons

Poor leadership, HR does not advocate for employee's , they protect middle management. As a result, they hinder employee growth which limits innovation. Department org does not make sense. (ie, managers "leading" teams without actual experience in that role)

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
