Pros

I worked in the LifeWise division and the schedule was Monday through Friday. You got all the major holidays off and great benefits from day one of hire.

Cons

Where to start? The training was not up to par for what you actually go through with the members. The company is stuck in 1990. No outside email and members having to fax or mail in paperwork instead of an email system. The procedures were written very poorly to make them more confusing that they needed to be. It seemed to me that the company cared more about how you did something by a procedure instead of looking outside of the box for a resolution to satisfy the member. Kind of an oh well attitude.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
