      The people (non-management) were great.

      Cons

      Management was the worst. High turn over of managers with no real direction. The company raked in the money but had to hold on raises because of fear of the economy (total lie). Your are _forced_ to use their insurance and its really crappy as an employee. The ability to get promoted is near 0.

      Cons

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
