      Work life balance seriously valued, agile transformation in progress across IT, great people almost no jerks, lean working has taken hold, app development in house

      Cons

      Committee think heavy, process heavy, bureaucracy heavy, not cutting edge in IT, sales and market still forgets there is a website rather than using it as a tool.

      Cons

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
