Middle management is horrible, just inept and completely unable to do their jobs. The layoffs were illogical and completely stopped our team’s ability to deliver. We lost actual contributors and this is going to severely impact our customers. I feel we went from being competitive to being on track to run ourselves into the ground. Tech stack is about 7-10 years behind. Security is a major obstacle for every step of the dev workflow. You can’t even google simple code questions because most sites are blocked. Good luck figuring out things like regex using just your brain!
