      Pros

      IT has shifted to primarily being full time telecommute. Pay is good with a paid bonus every year except one in my tenure. People are awesome to work with.

      Cons

      The company tries new methodologies like a rich girl changes clothes. Company has recently gone through a down turn but expected results like it is still fully staffed and then some in IT.

      Cons

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
