Premera hires generally smart people who want to provide a valuable insurance service to the public. Most employees do their best and are well-meaning.

Cons

Check your sense of humor and reality at the door. This place thrives on political-correctness and refuses to deal with issues directly and without spinning the problem to hide the root cause problems.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
