Employee Experience leadership lacks transparency and leads with a culture of favoritism - sets the tone and permeates the organization more broadly. A culture where leadership determines the appropriate direction thus decisions are made from the top down, limiting innovation and negatively impacting those who speak up against the norm. Executives are very highly paid at the detriment of others and the org overall.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
