      Working side by side with some of the most hardworking, talented, creative, kind, caring professional people you will ever know. Good pay and benefits. Senior management who are thoughtful and communicative.

      Cons

      Middle management liars and bullies, head games, saboteurs, manipulators who pit employee against employee to get ahead and do not appreciate caring, experience or skills of those they manage. They totally disrupt, scramble time, prioritize analytics over people and destroy any confidence you have as a professional, threatened by anyone competent.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
