Against-traffic commute Very stable company flush with cash (and it shows) Company is respected/well thought of by vendors and business contacts Not shy about OT

Cons

Very very bad proprietary dinosaur software Starting pay is ok, but 10 shared sick/vacation days is insulting Call center trappings make for something of a "meat grinder" environment Management's go-to solution for inefficiency is to throw OT at it

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
