      Good co-workers who like to share information and work together

      Cons

      Micromanaged to the extreme. Very little trust in their negotiators. You aren't likely to get promoted from within. It's pretty well known that if you want to be promoted, you have to leave the company and then come back.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
