Pension, and 401k a plus

Been with the company over 10 years, continually adding work however only have gotten 1 dollar and 65 cents total in raises over the last seven years always claiming "its the economy" while the ceos and managers still get their hefty bonuses. Managers Claim to want feedback on how things can improve however constantly brush is off, don't care, don't want to hear it. Empty promises, managment never there for you, constantly in pointless meetings, "upgrades"tend to be downgraded making our job even harder. Nothing to be said for loyalty, seen many long time employees dropped without a care. High turnover, and do not allow for part time or reduced scedules in customer service . constantly understaffed putting added pressure and stress on those that remain. Great lack of diversity in eastern washington campus.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
