This company is full of people who care about their customers and each other. The benefits are satisfactory and attractive, and the company is very generous about developing talent and investing in associates growth.

Cons

Right now seems to be a time where there isn't a clarity of mission. It creates challenges for people to interpret what needs to be done and how important each improvement is relative to one another.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
