Pros

Nice facilities, although it's work from home now. Security guys are nice. Benefits are mid/high.

Cons

Break times change daily, lunch and 15s are never at the same time. Too strict of an "adherence" policy. If you're late to lunch because of a 30minute call, it counts against you- but you can not end calls before resolution nor aux/hall for lunch even 1 minute early. Say lunch is at 12, you may get a call at 11:59 that takes 30-45 minutes to resolve. Now your "adherence" for the day is ruined and your monthly stats, as well as your teams, drop. Zero sympathy for single parents or struggling families in their employ. Will fire you for 3 occurrences. An occurrence happens if you have to miss with less than 24 hour notice or do not have pto to cover any scheduled or emergent absence. Pay is not high enough for CSRs and the abuse they get.

Pros

Remote job Good pay Decent Benefits

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
