Cons

This company strives for continued improvement; however, any promotions are based on business need. There are not a lot of opportunities for advancement in most areas, but there is a wide range of options for transitions within the company.

Cons

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
