      *Constantly being watched by a broken system (Verint) *You do everything and beyond asked with great quality but don't get a max raise % because the company only allows 2 people on the team to receive it. *The stress to be near perfect and have a high volume output is daunting. *Company stresses quality, but are bring in offshore workers whose quality is not on par with is what is expected from us.

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
