      Pros

      Some very nice people. Good work life balance. Good place for parents.

      Cons

      Everyone is so busy looking out for themselves and avoiding blame nothing ever gets done. Certain VPs known to scream at their people and nothing is ever done about it. Nobody will share ideas or bring up problems in fear of being blamed. Lots of middle management fired, quit, pushed out for speaking up. Those that remain have given up or are hiding. Lots of hall whispering.

      Cons

      Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
