Pros

The company offers above-average salaries and work-from-home flexibility, both of which are meaningful benefits. However, my overall experience was significantly impacted by the workplace culture and leadership.

Cons

In my experience, the culture reflected a leadership style that did not always foster an inclusive or supportive environment. As a female employee, I often felt that opportunities and recognition were not as equitable as they could have been. While concerns were raised, I did not feel they were adequately addressed by HR or corporate leadership, which made it difficult to have confidence that meaningful improvements would occur. Although compensation was competitive, the cost of non-union health insurance was exceptionally high. A significant portion of my income went toward insurance premiums, which reduced the overall value of the salary and benefits package.

Pros

Initially it was the people.. that changed quickly

Cons

Lack of direction, inadequate General Manager hires. For almost a full year the branch had little to no leadership. When Corporate came in, we all 'pretended' to have things together, so as not to throw anyone under the bus. Human Resource dept was lacking in professionalism and operated on hearsay, rather than investigation. Worst part was that certain people took it upon themselves to 'be in charge' and were never put in their place... but without an actual GM in place, it was expected to turn into the rodeo it became.
