Pros

The rigs and equipment are new. There's a lot of resources and opportunities to grow and learn at this company. It's not just IFT, you also do ER and CCT calls. The staff is really friendly and they value diversity here. Depending on your scheduling needs you can request to work per diem, part time, or full time.

Cons

Sometimes dispatch sends you all over the place. Dispatch doesn't tell you if the patient is bariatric and there's been instances where we show up and the client specifically requested wheelchair transportation which is something we don't do.

Easy workload with manageable day-to-day responsibilities. Friendly and supportive coworkers who made the work environment enjoyable.

Poor management and lack of consistent leadership. Favoritism impacted fairness and employee morale. Some coworkers were unprofessional and created a less genuine workplace culture. Recognition often prioritized basic expectations (such as perfect attendance) over outstanding performance, initiative, or work ethic. Limited opportunities for career growth and advancement. Strict attendance policies made it difficult to account for unexpected circumstances. PTO accrual was limited compared to the company's expectations of employees.
