Pros

Lots of leadership positions are held by women. The CEO, CFO and COO were all women while I worked there. Women are encouraged to be competitive and are rewarded on par with men - which is not true of every organization. Culture is positive, supportive, professional and friendly - a great combination. Great training environment. Teamwork is emphasized and coworkers are encouraged to support one another - not just in word, but deed also.

Cons

Pay is either at market rate or below. I had requested a raise while I was there to match the market rate for my level of education and experience in my position and provided them with lots of research to back it up, in addition to a stellar performance review and was declined.

Pros

I’ve had such a wonderful welcome since joining the company. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, inviting, and incredibly helpful. The environment here is truly supportive, and I already feel right at home.

Cons

There’s been a bit of a transition delay since my manager left a couple of weeks after I joined, but everyone here has been great about helping me settle in.

Pros

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

Cons

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
