      I enjoyed the work supporting hospitals. Benefits are generous. Generally worked with very nice people, in a supportive environement.

      In any large organizations, there can be interdepartmental communication room for improvement.

      Great work environment, opportunities for growth. The company values employee autonomy and individuals who operate above and beyond their role. It does come with recognition, bonus and salary advancement

      Fully remote, limited face to face interaction.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
