      liked many of my colleagues, total comp was fair, travel was manageable

      Cons

      Total comp was unattainable for most, accounts weren’t divided up fairly, product development hasn’t kept up with the industry leading to an uncompetitive offering

      Great work environment, opportunities for growth. The company values employee autonomy and individuals who operate above and beyond their role. It does come with recognition, bonus and salary advancement

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
