Pros
The people. In my career, I've never had seen a more "all for one and one for all" environment. Even some of the management are great to work with and set a good example.
Cons
Too many titles. Everyone is either a VP or Director of something. Brown noser's seem to be respected at the executive level. They (management) say they want your opinion but they already made the decision prior to getting your expert advise.
