      Pros

      Premier is doing good work to try to improve health care in the US - no easy task. Definitely a rewarding field in which to work.

      Cons

      Premier is excessively lean and understaffs. Products and services would be substantially better if an investment was made to hire more people and retain the talented ones. Lots of talk about work-life balance and values but rarely seen in action.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
