      Many different areas in healthcare Good benefits and generally flexible Helpful and friendly staff Decent work life balance in some areas Some areas with more structured processes Beautiful office and area

      Has grown very quickly with an ipo and acquisitions leading to some disjointed areas Quality if your experience will vary significantly based on your team and manager Focuses on an innovation culture but seems slow to innovate organically

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
