      Location, company mission, dynamic, challenging

      Cons

      Organizational dysfunction, extremely political, resistant to alternative viewpoints on solutions, understaffed, lots of turf battles between areas, lack of focus and commitment to certain types of customers, condescending and bullying management.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
