Pros
People are smart, and they genuinely want to not only make healthcare better - but they want to make the world a better place. Salary is decent as well - aligned with the market. The CEO is a lovely woman both in person and in interviews.
Cons
Micromanagement, lack of transparency, and depending on the department, your manager will pick favorites. The organization is very disorganized, they are working on it, but it needs to get organized and FAST.
