      Great atmosphere and awesome coworkers which helps balance out the daily work load. Constantly working to innovate and improve the value provided to the hospital members.

      As a public company, there is constant pressure to meet revenue goals which creates stress company wide.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
