Pros
Premier offers great benefits. 401-K match, bonus, many vacation and sick days.
Cons
They are a typical public company. They only care about the bottom line. The executives do not care at all about the employees and force people into retirement or layoff to protect bottom line. They also manipulate public perception to win awards. Promotions are very limited to a select group of employees that will manipulate and lie to their employees and co-workers so they can win those promotions.
