Sr. leadership is visionary and the company does well to stay slightly ahead of healthcare trends; constantly evolving so it doesn't get boring; they pay well and offer a well-rounded benefits package; they are progressive and keep up with developing social trends; don't join if you're there to warm a seat and present yourself as an on-going learner, it will help
Cons
The on-going shift in business trends, operational changes are a constant & always on 'the radar.' Messaging this adequately and establishing reasonable expectations aren't consistent leadership; at the end of every quarter, financial performance trumps all else, particularly work/life balance; they don't take failure well;
