Pros

Decent benefits and compensation. Annual bonuses are nice.

Cons

The company has just gone downhill since going public. The culture is toxic and inter office politics reign. Leadership, especially of Performance Services, is clueless and only wants task masters to do what they are told since leaders think they know everything. The leaders have zero experience in consulting but are arrogant enough to think they can run it without the support of people who know consulting. They have reorganized about six times in the past three years because they try something that everyone with consulting experience knows will not work and then when it doesn’t work, they try something different. Very frustrating and constantly anxious of getting laid off. There really isn’t much opportunity to move up as favoritism always wins and they hire leaders from outside rather than promote from within.

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

Cons

No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
