Pros
Good vacation & sick time. Ok 401k match (100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%). Took 5 years to vest (15% after Year 1, 30% after Year 2, then 50%, 75% and 100%). Pay was average. HQ was a shiny new building, but crammed cube farms.
Cons
The previous reviewers that mentioned the challenges of going public hit the nail on the head. I've heard that Management is over their skis. Very short-term focus (rumored sale - slashing costs and headcount). The usual politics 10x. Was a pretty great place - a long time ago.
