Pros

The employees are a lot of fun to work with on a daily basis. Lots of good parking with all the employees that are leaving the company because of upper management. Another good thing is that most of the upper management doesn't live in the state so they are not there as much making changes just for the sake of making changes.

Cons

Let's see where to start? I know, where all of the companies faults are, the top management team. They are completely out of touch with their employees and have thrown Premier's core values out the window. Work life balance is a term that is used a lot when selling the company. Too bad it is never divulged that it means there is none. The company is ran by a clueless out of town Bostonian because the CEO is too busy promoting herself as a "Top influential " business woman passing out free stocks to her cronies while short changing the employees. Unrealistic objectives on projects that never have an end and when it does look like a project will have an end it is just canceled or stopped all together. We have 50 different tools that all do the same thing but that doesn't stop them from bringing in more. Very disappointed how this company has "Transformed" since the last CEO left. Going downhill fast with nothing but a brick wall at the bottom.

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Pros

Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

Cons

No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
