      Pros

      Flexibility to have a work life balance. Most of the people are very good and willing to help and enjoy being helped

      Cons

      It is very hard to get rid of people that do not belong or are horrible at their jobs. Upper management doesn't listen to its own people and dost regard specialties and knowledge as valuable as they should

      Pros

      Great work environment, opportunities for growth. The company values employee autonomy and individuals who operate above and beyond their role. It does come with recognition, bonus and salary advancement

      Cons

      Fully remote, limited face to face interaction.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
