      Pros

      Great work/life balance, culture is important to them, they allow remote work flexibility which is very important to working parents, executive leadership team is visible and transparent in communications.

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to connect with peers because we are so remote, but the company tries hard to add things to the office and virtually that allow for that connectedness.

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
