Friendly Staff. Certain teams function effectively.
Cons
While the staff are friendly the managers and leadership teams are oblivious to what it takes to run effective teams. IT and infrastructure jobs are almost all outsourced to cheap contractors, who do a mediocre job and knowledge is not retained. Innovation is non-existent, and the company as a whole needs more strategic visioning. New business lines are sold before being fully developed, and verge on being unethical.
