Pros

Plenty of opportunities to learn and develop. Values of the company are great and benefits are above average.

Cons

As a remote employee you have no work life balance. Management tolerates poor behavior and only promotes based on who you know. The consulting practice burns employees out quickly and has no idea how to staff properly. There is also a large amount of nepotism. The great benefits are amazing, but you have no time to use them. If you play sheep and do not speak up for yourself and buddy up with someone you will make it far in your career. If you challenge your ideas, and morals you will be burned. Good luck.

Great work environment, opportunities for growth. The company values employee autonomy and individuals who operate above and beyond their role. It does come with recognition, bonus and salary advancement

Cons

Fully remote, limited face to face interaction.

Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

Cons

No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
