Pros
Higher pay than similar companies in the area. Benefits are average.
Cons
New management has changed the culture for the worse, no communication to staff. Staff are interchangeable cogs, easy to replace, demonstrated lack of respect for staff. Very political environment with some of the worst behavior imaginable tolerated. Very poor work-life balance/quality of life, very high stress for application development. Beware of increased outsourcing of application development and operations. They are having trouble attracting experienced talent for good reason.
