      Supportive management, openess to try new ideas.

      Cons

      Few old guard team members that won't change. Got into DEI a bit and caused issues with bringing in talent based on merit. Has since pulled back to hire based on skills alone.

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
