Field Personnel are genuinely trying to do good by the customer and each other.
Cons
Company in-fighting, directives from management make it difficult to succeed, rules and regs by HR are a moving target- make up and enforce as you go, aggressive and discriminatory language is common among management, make a practice of suing former employees and abuse the system to ensure they don't succeed, paranoid and controlling owners, dishonest with customers and employees, lack of training opportunities, low pay scale - were practicing only giving raises when employees obtained other offers, see employees only as billable bodies and pawns.
