Employees get several nice perks, like paid holidays and good health benefits.

Cons

Most employees of Premier Private Jets are unhappy with their jobs, and I’m one of them. We work for insane and unreasonable leaders, so it’s only right that we feel stressed and demotivated. Many of our leaders are unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. They’re also very demanding, and they often verbally abuse employees when things don’t go their way.

More work then you can mentally handle and at the limit of your physical abilities

Where shall I begin? A lot of good highly skilled people who actually gave a crap walked out after burn out and incredible micromanagement by a leadership who easily forgets who works to line their pockets. A COO who left the company twice and returned for a third time. A CEO/owner who is clueless about the people that work for him and a senior leadership “team” that is like a revolving door at the dollar store on half price sale days. There have been 7 HR directors and 4 CFOs in 3 years. In my time there, I’ve seen well over 200 terminations.
