Positive Work environment, engaging, decent benefits

Not the most flexible schedule

My coworkers are great, but they're pretty much the only positive thing going for this company. If you're looking for a company to work for, this place should be your last option!

Despite the name, working for Premier Private Jets has been anything BUT premier! Working here has been one of the WORST experiences I have ever had! I'm constantly being pushed to my limits by the horrible management running the company; they couldn't care less about employee' well-being and only care about having their demands met. They set unrealistic expectations, then get furious when those expectations are, unsurprisingly, not met. They don't provide support, fail to properly communicate, and expect people to read their minds, and don't even bother to acknowledge, much less reward, people for their hard work! Their lack of care for employee has also led to them having unhealthy work-life balances. We're working long hours unhealthy work-life balances. We're working long hours and are assigned brutally overwhelming workloads with unrealistically tight deadlines. We basically have zero time to rest or do anything outside of work! If you're thinking of working for Premier Private Jets, DON'T!
