1) Challenges innate to staffing, where you can't help every person looking for a job or every company looking to make a hire, are real 2) not the right place for people who are unwilling to work hard and work fast

there are no pros at all

Cons

I worked as a contractor through this agency for a company that laid off workers with only a 3-day notice. Unfortunately, the agency provided no support in helping me find another role afterward. Additionally, I've noticed they frequently post "ghost jobs" on LinkedIn listings that don’t actually exist seemingly to collect candidate information instead of maintaining a real, updated database. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this agency
