I started in sales, then advanced to the service side of business , and PTG gave me the training, support, and opportunities to grow into a Continuous Improvement role. What stands out most is that leadership is willing to let you prove yourself . If you show up, take ownership, and focus on helping the team win, there are real paths to advance. I’ve also appreciated the culture across the dealership network: people are proud of the work, willing to share best practices, and open to making changes to improve the customer experience.
