What stands out most is that leadership is willing to let you prove yourself . If you show up, take ownership, and focus on helping the team win, there are real paths to advance. I’ve also appreciated the culture across the dealership network: people are proud of the work, willing to share best practices, and open to making changes to improve the customer experience.
