Terrible Company to Work For - Sales Premier Wireless (TX) Employee Review

The work we do positively impacts peoples lives though the use of technology. Our solutions solve real world problems. Our "WHY" is strong and goodhearted. We passionately live our Mission Statement daily. "To enable innovation, communication, safety and transformation through technology." Everyone from ownership and C-Suite to management to the newest employee are passionate about what we do and are a team before anything else.

As long as you're self-motivated, proactive, and can accept constructive criticism, there are no cons.

Some of the people are nice

This is a 1 person company, the CEO makes every decision based on her mood (which changes regularly). She also sells so there is a lot of conflict when she steps in on a sale and then doesn't pay the sales rep because she didn't trust them to handle the engagement. There is a lot of nepotism as the CEO has 3 relatives working there and listens to them more that her leadership team. Preferential treatment is also seen in territory alignment, example: the CEO hired her friend without direct sales experience and then gave that person a gigantic territory. Bottom line is people aren't treated fairly at this company. This may seem like a good company to work for but just look at the turnover seen in the past 3 years.
