Too much to list...They don't know if they want to be a catalog house or go after high dollar custom projects. I was chartered to go after the latter, using my career long contacts at major tier one customers, only to get egg on my face when the owner decided he'd rather refund the customer than develop the product. This killed the customer's timeline, and their customers as well.
